What the app does

A few minutes to come back to yourself.

Nothing to learn, nothing to keep up with: you open the app when you need it.

  • The app’s Breathing screen

    Breathe

Guided exercises lasting a few minutes.

  • The books of the Collection in the app

    Read, listen

13 short books, one per permission of the Manifesto, which your device can read aloud to you.

  • The app’s notebook

    Write

A notebook encrypted on your device, which Kalisme cannot read.

  • A conversation with Kal

    Think it through with Kal

Someone to talk to when you want to set a thought down.

Seeing a professional. On request, the app shows the booklet The Bridge and the helplines in your country, to make the step towards a health professional easier.

What Kalisme draws on

Studied approaches, brought together for everyday life.

What we do not claim. Neither that we invented these approaches, nor that Kalisme itself has already been evaluated. Our pilots test first whether it is adopted and found useful, not its effect.

How you use it

A tool, there when you need it.

  • No account, no sign-up.

The app opens and works straight away. Kalisme does not ask for your name, your email address or your location (a first name, only if you want to give one), and does not know who you are (if your organisation invites you by email, its portal knows your address, never your usage). Your notebook is encrypted on your device: Kalisme cannot read it. No ads, no third-party SDKs, no cross-app tracking; anonymous usage measurement, which you can turn off in Settings, helps improve the app.

  • Purchases go through the App Store.

A book or a subscription, paid for like in any other app.

When it weighs more

A health professional is the right person to turn to.
