Kalisme Pro never meets a criterion on its own. It documents a voluntary mental health promotion programme, alongside your prevention work.
It does not measure your workplace climate. It replaces neither your psychosocial risk assessment nor your staff survey, and it does not earn you any label.
The report you receive contains no health indicators: these are usage indicators, never for fewer than 10 people.
The names of these frameworks belong to their owners. Kalisme is neither certified nor labelled by any of them, and is not affiliated with them: here, these names refer to our clients’ own initiatives.
