Grundlagen

Untersucht

Psychologische Grundlagen

Achtsamkeit

Positive Psychologie

Was Kalisme daraus übernimmt: pflegen, was hilft durchzuhalten, statt nur zu reparieren.

Die zentrale These von The Body Keeps the Score wird kritisiert (Scheeringa, 2025).

  4. Grenzen benennen

Universally delivered psychosocial interventions that aim to build workers’ skills in stress management […] may be considered for workers to promote positive mental health, reduce emotional distress and improve work effectiveness.

WHO, WHO guidelines on mental health at work, 2022, Empfehlung 8A.

These interventions form one part of self-care or self-management options, but alone they would not constitute comprehensive delivery.

WHO guidelines recommend that organizational interventions are used as a means of preventive measures that can be universally implemented within the workplace.
