KALISME PRO

Wellbeing is not a benefit. It is a permission.

A private, multilingual, unmonitored space where your teams protect their attention, their perspective and their room to breathe, a few minutes at a time. For organizations that refuse to turn wellbeing into a tool for control.

The mirror: 12 questions to find out whether this is worth anything where you are

The charter: what your organization forbids itself to do with it

Kalisme Pro, explained

A 3 min 25 s film, with subtitles. It only loads when you press play, and it is served by kalisme.com, with no third-party player.

The short version

The problem

Attention overload, fatigue, the pressure to stay reachable, and nowhere to catch your breath without being seen.

The solution

A private ritual of a few minutes, 13 books to read or listen to in 15 languages, and a companion to think with.

What you are offering

A permission open to everyone, in each person’s own language, with no individual monitoring, and light to roll out: one portal, seats, nothing to install.

What you get back from a pilot

Activated seats, voluntary adoption, how safe your teams feel, qualitative feedback, and your own intention to carry on. Never an absenteeism figure that nobody knows how to isolate.

What you have probably already tried

A fruit basket. A gym membership. A meeting-free Friday. All sincere gestures. But window dressing changes nothing about what really happens on a tired Tuesday evening, when someone comes home drained without knowing why.

Window dressing is not enough

A team waiting for permission to be well will never get it from a foosball table. Wellbeing is not a reward handed out when things are going well. It is a permission built into the culture, or quietly withheld.

Attention, not productivity

Count them, in a single morning: the notifications, the open channels, the meetings that cut a thought in half. Every interruption costs far more than its 30 seconds. It costs the path back to where your mind was.

Rest in hiding

Presenteeism has changed shape. It is no longer about being seen at the office, but about being seen as available. A culture that punishes rest always ends up paying for burnout. The bill arrives later, but it arrives.

Stress has a real cost, and it never shows up under the word “stress”: it hides in disengagement, absence, turnover. We will not put a figure on it for you, because no one can isolate that figure from the outside. The mirror’s 12 questions let you look at it where you are.

What your employees get

The 13 permissions and the full Collection

A body of work, not a library of purchased content. 13 books to read or listen to, in their own language, at their own pace.

Kal, a thinking companion

A measured artificial intelligence that helps you name a thought, breathe, refocus. Never a therapist, never a coach: a sounding board.

A 3-minute practice

Breathing, a personal notebook, a decision compass, and today’s feed: ten cards at most, drawn from the books and the Manifesto, with an end. Short enough to fit into a real workday, on shift or on the road.

15 native languages

French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Hindi, Bengali, Indonesian. Everyone reads in their own language, not the one spoken at headquarters.

Today’s feed: ten cards at most, drawn from the books and the Manifesto, then an end.
Today’s feed: ten cards at most, then the end. Three minutes, and the day carries on.
The voluntary feedback summary in the portal: four markers out of 5, intention to continue, cells hidden under 10 people.
What you receive from the voluntary feedback: aggregated markers, never a single response.
The pilot timeline in the portal: from the day of the order to day 120, with the end of the withdrawal period, the feedback waves and the end of the exit window.
Your deadlines, dated: withdrawal, feedback, and how long you can still walk away.
The app settings: the card “Access offered by your organization”, nothing to pay, nothing to manage.
A seat, nothing to pay, no account: access as the employee sees it.

The Kalisme app is available on iPhone, with Apple Watch, widgets and CarPlay.

WHAT SETS US APART

What you will never see

Most workplace wellbeing tools promise you a dashboard. We promise to see nothing.

That is the paradox of corporate wellbeing platforms: to prove their worth, many show you who is struggling. Who opens the app, who is dropping off, who seems at risk. They call that data. Your employees call it surveillance. And a monitored wellbeing space stops being one.

You will never see

  • who uses the app, or when
  • what is written in a personal notebook
  • conversations with Kal
  • a named wellbeing score
  • any individual risk signal, in any form whatsoever

You can receive

  • how many seats are assigned and activated
  • aggregated adoption, in groups broad enough that nobody stands out
  • the results of a voluntary, anonymous, periodic survey
  • anonymized qualitative feedback, with everyone’s explicit consent

Five rules that make this hold

  • No aggregate covering fewer than 10 people, and nothing until 20 seats are activated: below that, the field stays empty rather than showing a number.
  • No access to individual data, for anyone: not HR, not managers, not the leadership team, not the portal administrator.
  • A contractual ban on any use for discipline, pay, appraisal or selection: that is what the charter covers, and it is attached to the contract.
  • A limited reporting schedule, written down in advance: during a pilot, at 30, 90 and 180 days.
  • A written retention and deletion policy, with actual time periods, not intentions.

This is not just a promise of privacy: it is what makes the tool worth using at all. No one opens up with a manager watching. Team wellbeing is not measured by monitoring people. It is built by finally giving them a place of their own.

That guarantee is technical: the data does not exist, so nobody can produce it. A second one was missing, and it rests on no architecture at all: what your managers forbid themselves once Kalisme is there.

Read the charter against managerial misuse

How it works

  1. 1

    You invite

From a simple portal, you invite your employees by their work email, or share a team link.

  2. 2

    Each person activates their seat

One link, one device, and full access opens up. No password to create, no personal data to provide.

  3. 3

    You manage, without monitoring

Reassign a seat, handle a departure, track your available seats. Nothing for IT to install.

Pricing

One price per seat, on a sliding scale based on the size of your organization, starting at 10 seats: from €17 down to €7 per seat per month, excluding tax, and the same amounts in Swiss francs for Switzerland. Dedicated rates apply to nonprofits and education (€7) and to healthcare (€8).

2026 price list, subject to change. The rate on your order is fixed for your entire commitment period; a renewal is billed at the rate of the price list in force on that date, announced at least three months in advance.

The commitment runs for 12 months up to 4,999 seats, and for at least 24 months beyond that. You can withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of your order: access ends and everything you paid is refunded in full.

Self-serve online payment is coming: you will size your rate to your headcount and subscribe directly, with no quote. In the meantime, write to us.

Hosted in the European Union. Compliant with GDPR and the revised Swiss FADP.

PILOT CIRCLE · WAVE 1

5 pioneering places, up to 50% off

We are opening 5 places, with priority given to organizations of 20 to 150 people where most people already carry an iPhone, or that can put together a pilot group of 10 to 50 seats that has the phones. You get up to 50% off your list price for 24 months, with the exact level agreed with you according to your rate band, and never below €7 per seat per month (CHF 7 in Switzerland). A pilot discount is traded for something written down, otherwise it is nothing but a price cut: a scoping meeting, a review at 30 days and another at 90 days, a voluntary, anonymous survey of your teams, structured product feedback, and your agreement that anonymized results, plus a testimonial if you are willing, can serve the organizations that come after you. This offer belongs to the pilot phase and is limited to 5 organizations: once the circle is full, this page returns to list pricing. The circle is open to every organization, including those on the dedicated rates for nonprofits, education and healthcare. The commitment runs for 12 months while the price advantage runs for 24: it stays yours for a full year after your commitment ends. And because a 12-month commitment would otherwise be made blind, you can withdraw without penalty up to the 120th day after your order, the month already begun remaining due: the 90-day survey report reaches you around day 111, so you decide with it in hand.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly do you see about how your employees use it?

The number of seats assigned and activated, aggregated adoption that never covers fewer than 10 people, and, if you want it, the results of a voluntary, anonymous survey. Never who uses the app, never when, never what is written, never an individual signal. This limit is built into the code, not just into the contract.

What languages can your employees read in?

Fifteen: French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Hindi, Bengali, Indonesian. The admin portal you use is available in five languages: French, English, German, Italian, Turkish.

Which devices?

The Kalisme app is available on iPhone, with Apple Watch, widgets and CarPlay. A version for other platforms is not available at this time, and we will not give you a date. We do not hide that limit, we make it a deliberate choice: a pilot runs where most people already carry an iPhone, or with a pilot group that has the phones, and the rest of the organization knows why.

Can we roll out Kalisme without Kal, the artificial intelligence?

Yes, on two levels. Kal is never forced on anyone: each person decides whether to turn it on, after a screen that says where their messages go and how long they are kept, and can change that choice at any time in their settings. And an organization can choose Kalisme Pro without Kal, for all of its seats: when it subscribes, or later from its portal. The price does not change, and the organization can restore it later from its portal; an individual employee, however, cannot work around that choice. Without Kal, everything else stays: the 13 books, breathing, the notebook, the decision compass, today’s feed.

How do seats work?

You purchase a number of seats and assign them freely. A seat can be reassigned when an employee leaves the organization. Billing is based on the seats ordered, assigned or not, never on usage: a seat kept in reserve costs the same as an active one.

Where is the data hosted?

The personal notebook, the intentions and the decision compass are encrypted on the employee’s device, with a key we do not hold. The website is hosted in France, the admin platform in Germany, and conversations with Kal are processed in the European Union and not retained: the Claude model is served there by Amazon Web Services, from data centers in the Union. One caveat, which we would rather put in writing here: Amazon Web Services is an American company, subject to the laws of its home country. An organization that wants no American company anywhere in the chain can choose Kalisme Pro without Kal, at the same price. Our processing register describes every flow in detail, available on request.

What do you hand over to our data protection officer and our IT team?

A data processing agreement, the sub-processor annex listing each provider’s country and role, the record of processing activities, the data protection impact assessment covering Kal, the charter against managerial misuse, and our CAIQ security questionnaire, which is already public. The technical detail, encryption, access, backups, logging, incidents, is in the CAIQ or is handed over under a non-disclosure agreement. We claim no certification we do not hold.

Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?

No, and we would rather say so. We comply with GDPR and the revised Swiss FADP, we host within the European Union, and we open our architecture to audit by your IT team under a non-disclosure agreement. Our security self-assessment, the CAIQ v4.1 questionnaire, has been published in the Cloud Security Alliance STAR Registry at Level 1 since 25 August 2026: every answer can be read and downloaded there, including the ones where we name our gaps. Certification is something we will pursue as the company grows.

What does a pilot prove, and what does it not?

It proves what can be measured without watching anyone: the share of seats activated at 30 days, aggregated use that still holds up at 90, what your teams say in a voluntary, anonymous survey, and whether you want to carry on. It does not prove an effect on absenteeism, turnover or burnout: nobody in this sector can isolate that, and we will not claim it. The protocol is written before the first measurement, and the report reaches you with its figures before any sales conversation.

How do you gather your employees’ views?

Through voluntary, anonymous feedback, opened from your portal at 30 and then 90 days: one shared link you pass on to the whole team, users or not, 16 questions, under 4 minutes, in the portal’s 5 languages. Nobody signs in; no address, identifier or time of response is recorded, only the day. You receive an aggregated summary once 10 responses are in, indicator by indicator: trust, accessibility, relevance, intention to continue. Free-text answers are read by Kalisme alone, which gives you their themes without quoting anyone, and raw responses are deleted 90 days after the wave closes. No individual follow-up is possible: the list of who responded does not exist.

When is the launch?

The pilot circle first, the commercial launch after. That is deliberate: we would rather support a few organizations well than go for a broad, lukewarm rollout.
